Announcing Weekly Free Sessions To Get You Started Teaching Mindfulness!

We’re delighted to announce that Patrizia and I will be sharing (free) weekly sessions designed to help you get started with teaching mindfulness.

Over the years we’ve worked with 100s of wannabe mindfulness teachers, and, at the beginning they tend to come up against the same issues:

👉 They know they want to make the step and start teaching mindfulness, but when they look on google there are so many different classes, courses and whathaveyou, that it’s hard to know who to trust (here’s a hint: not the one that costs £50 and will get you a certificate immediately)

😌 Although they’re passionate about meditating and have racked up many minutes on the mat, they don’t know how to actually teach the meditations or run a mindfulness class

👨‍👩‍👧‍👦 Taking a week (or more) off life to do their teacher training may sound nice but work and life means that this just isn’t an option - so what can be done?

🤯 Suddenly being new in the world of mindfulness teaching has left them struggling with confidence issues and even the dreaded imposter syndrome

So if any of this sounds like you, our next session will be right up your zen like street.

We’ll be covering the four areas you need to start focussing on to become a confident and respected mindfulness teacher.

Heading up the talk will be Dr Patrizia Collard who has trained over 500 mindfulness teachers (so is probably a good person to listen to) and taught over 1000 people to meditate.
