A short, focused meditation session that takes place once a month at our venue in Honor Oak Park, SE23. This is suitable for people with a basic knowledge of mindfulness meditation. We practice walking meditation in the garden, as well as sitting and Metta meditation, finishing the session with tea and snacks. Each evening meditation begins at 7.30 pm and ends at 9.15 pm. Kindly let us know at least 48 hours in advance if you are unable to attend once you have reserved a place.
Fee: £20 – Book 4 evenings in advance for £60 (one evening free)!
