Mindful Self-Compassion (9 Part Workshop)

We are pleased to announce bookings for upcoming Mindful Self-Compassion Workshops are available. Please be aware this is a NINE part course – thus feel free to contact us if you require any questions to be answered about this Mindful Self-Compassion course.



Dates: Wednesday 3rd, 10th, 17th, 24th, and 31st May (7pm – 9.45pm), Wednesday 7th June (7pm – 9.45pm), Saturday 10th June(silent practice, 1pm – 5.30pm), Wednesday 14th June(7pm – 9.45pm), Wednesday 5th July (7pm – 9.45pm)You must be able to attend all dates/times.

  • Fee:  Standard – £245 (Reduced from £295)  Couples (or 2 friends)£420 (£210 each)

Mindful Self-Compassion

This course, based on the work of Neff and Germer, endeavours to teach you the three main components of self-compassion: Self-KindnessAwareness of Our Common Humanity, and Mindfulness.  It runs over 8 weekly sessions and a half day practice session, and is suitable for both beginners and experienced practitioners of Mindfulness and Meditation.

The Key Aims include:

  • Deepening your personal practice of responding to difficult emotions with
    mindfulness and compassion
  •  Embodying a mindful and compassionate stance towards challenges in life
  •  Enriching and sustain mindfulness practice and mindful movement
  • Making space for simply being
  •  Finding new space for inspiration and nourishment

There will be a chance to look at what is familiar and also consider what is innovative for us. The course will involve periods of complete silence, as well as time for sharing and for enabling a feeling of connection with fellow participants. There will be a mix of guided practice within meditation, walking meditation, group work and opportunities for one-to-one work with teachers.

Note on Cancellations

If you cancel up to 14 days prior to the start of the booked event, we will refund your fee minus a charge of 15% to cover our administration costs. We regret that no refund can be made for cancellations within 14 days of the start of the booked event.

If you wish to postpone a confirmed booking, we will accommodate you provided you notify us at least 14 days prior to the start of the event and if there is enough space on a subsequent event to do so. There will be an administration charge of £15 per change. Any difference between the fee for the postponed course and a future course will also be payable.
